Performer Terms

Version 2026-10-30-draft. For performers who broadcast live on TuttiChat and earn from tips, tip menus, private, group and ticket shows, and fan clubs.

Interim version. A final version prepared by our legal team will replace it; you'll be asked to accept the new version.

1. Who can be a performer

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), use your own identity, and pass our identity and age verification before you go live. We may ask you to verify again at any time.
  • You broadcast as an independent performer. If you joined a studio, the Studio Agreement also applies: while you're with a studio, what fans pay you goes to the studio, which pays you under your own agreement with them. You can leave a studio at any time.
  • These Performer Terms add to the TuttiChat Terms of Service and content rules, which you must also follow.

2. Who may be on camera

  • Everyone who appears on camera, even briefly, must be a verified adult who has consented to appear. Each other person must be verified on TuttiChat before they appear. Never broadcast anyone else without their knowledge and consent.
  • Broadcasts must be live. Don't present pre-recorded video as live, and don't broadcast from places where people expect privacy without everyone's consent.

3. Your room and your shows

  • You set your room, prices, tip menu, goals and apps. Only offer what you will actually do: tip-menu items, goals and ticket shows you announce must be delivered as described.
  • Private and group shows are paid per minute in advance; a minute already paid isn't refunded if a viewer leaves. If you cancel a ticket show before it starts, or your broadcast ends before it starts, every ticket is refunded automatically.
  • You are responsible for moderating your room, with your moderators and the moderation tools. Don't ask viewers to pay you outside TuttiChat for shows offered on TuttiChat.

4. Recordings

  • TuttiChat streams your broadcast to viewers and does not offer them recordings. Viewers may not record or redistribute it, and we act on reports of recorded content; you may send copyright notices to [email protected].
  • You give TuttiChat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to transmit and show your broadcasts, and your room name, image and previews, to viewers, and to moderate them. We may keep short technical records needed for safety, moderation or legal reasons.

5. Content rules

  • You must follow the content rules. Strictly forbidden: anyone under 18 or appearing to be under 18; non-consensual acts; violence, self-harm or illegal acts; intoxication to the point of not being in control; incest or bestiality; and anything illegal where you or your viewers are.
  • Don't use filters, AI or other effects to make yourself or anyone else appear to be under 18, or to impersonate a real person.

6. Earnings and payments

  • Fans pay in Tuquis, which they buy on TuttiCoins. Every Tuquis you receive (tips, private and group shows, tickets and your fan club) is worth a fixed US$0.05 to you, whatever the fan paid for it; TuttiChat' commission is already included in the price fans pay for Tuquis. The moment you receive a payment it is converted into a US-dollar balance owed to you; requesting a payout only moves that balance into the payment queue. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before lowering your earnings rate; it never changes for payments you already received.
  • Your earnings are held and paid out by TuttiCoins, our payment partner, in your TuttiChat dashboard. Earnings are counted in two periods a month (the 1st–15th and the 16th to the month's end, UTC). After each period your available balance is paid out automatically to your payout method if it is at least US$50; smaller balances carry over. You can turn automatic payouts off and request payouts yourself. Every payout is reviewed before it is sent. Your identity and tax details must be approved first. TuttiChat charges no fee to cash out; payout methods and any third-party fees are shown before you confirm.
  • Refunds, chargebacks and payments reversed for fraud are taken back from your earnings. If your balance can't cover them, they are deducted from future earnings. We may hold an amount while a payment dispute or a serious violation is investigated, and release what isn't owed once it's resolved.
  • You are an independent business, not an employee of TuttiChat. You are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions and registrations, and must give us the tax information your country requires (for example a W-9 or W-8BEN). We may withhold tax where the law requires it.

7. Suspension and closing your account

  • We may end a broadcast, remove your room from the directory, limit features, suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you broke this agreement, the Terms of Service or the law, or to protect viewers or other performers. Where we can, we'll tell you why and let you respond.
  • You may close your account at any time. Earnings you're owed are paid out after closing, minus refunds, chargebacks and amounts owed, unless the account was closed for fraud or a serious violation that is under investigation.

8. Responsibility and liability

  • You are responsible for what you publish or broadcast, for your conduct with fans, and for anyone you let help run your account. You'll cover TuttiChat for claims, fines, losses and reasonable legal costs caused by your breach of this agreement or the law, including claims by people who appear in your content.
  • TuttiChat is provided "as is". We don't guarantee earnings, audience or uninterrupted service, and we may change features.
  • To the extent the law allows, TuttiChat isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, and our total liability to a performer in any 12-month period is limited to the earnings credited to your account in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

9. Law and disputes

  • This agreement is between you and the company that operates TuttiChat ("TuttiChat") and is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory protections of the law where you live are not affected.
  • If a dispute arises, send us a written notice and both sides will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days; either side may then propose non-binding mediation.
  • Any dispute not resolved that way is finally decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, in English. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this clause. Either side may still ask a court for urgent relief or to enforce an award.
  • Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class, collective or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine the claims of more than one performer. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, only that claim goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
  • A claim must be brought within one year after you knew, or should have known, of the facts giving rise to it, unless the law requires a longer period.

10. Changes and general terms

  • We may update this agreement. A new version is published at tuttichat.com/performer-terms with a new version number and you'll be asked to accept it before you can keep publishing or get paid. Changes required by law or to protect people may apply immediately.
  • We send notices to your account email or show them in your dashboard. Send yours to [email protected].
  • This agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the content rules are the whole agreement between you and TuttiChat about this account. If a part is invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
  • You accept electronically; we record the version, date, time and IP address. If this agreement is translated, the English version prevails. Sections on earnings owed, licences already granted, liability, and law and disputes continue after your account closes.
