Terms of Service
TuttiChat · version 2026-10-30-draft
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the company that operates TuttiChat ("TuttiChat", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you visit tuttichat.com, watch a broadcast, open an account, chat, buy or spend Tuquis, broadcast, or manage performers.
Performers also accept the Performer Terms, and studios the Studio Agreement. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your information.
If you don't agree to these Terms, don't use the site.
2. Adults only
TuttiChat shows sexually explicit live broadcasts. You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority where you live and where you are, and viewing this material must be legal there.
Everyone who broadcasts, and everyone who appears on camera, must have passed our identity and age verification before appearing. Anyone under 18 appearing in any way is strictly forbidden and is reported to the authorities.
3. Accounts
Watching public broadcasts is free and needs no account. To chat, follow, tip or join shows you need a fan account.
Performer accounts broadcast. Studio accounts manage performers and receive their earnings. Each needs identity verification before going live or being paid.
Keep your login private; you are responsible for everything done with your account. One person per account: accounts can't be sold, shared or transferred.
The same account can also be used on our sister site if you choose to join it from your dashboard; each site has its own terms.
4. Tuquis and payments
Everything on TuttiChat is paid in Tuquis, bought from TuttiCoins under its own terms. Your balance must cover each payment.
Tips, tip-menu requests and fan club fees are final once sent. Private and group shows are charged minute by minute, only for the minutes you watch. Ticket shows are charged when you buy the ticket; if the show is cancelled or the broadcast ends before it starts, the ticket is refunded automatically.
Performers decide what they offer for tips and tip-menu items, as long as it respects these Terms. Tips are a voluntary gift; they don't buy a guarantee of any act.
Fan clubs renew monthly from your balance until you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
5. Rules for everyone in a room
Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech, spam or advertising.
Don't ask performers for personal information, off-site contact or payment outside the site, and don't offer it.
Performers and the moderators they choose can silence or remove anyone from their room. We can remove messages and restrict accounts that break these rules.
Don't record, capture, rebroadcast or share broadcasts or chat outside the site. Doing so ends your account and may lead to legal action by the performer.
6. Content rules
Broadcasts must be live: no pre-recorded video presented as live.
Strictly forbidden: anyone under 18 or appearing to be under 18; anyone who hasn't consented or isn't verified; violence, self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons; incest, bestiality or anything degrading in a way that is illegal; impersonating someone else; broadcasting in public places or where others expect privacy; and anything illegal where it is broadcast or watched.
You can report a room or a user from the room page or the Help Center. Reports about minors or non-consensual content are handled first.
7. Performer earnings
Performers and studios earn a fixed US$0.05 for every Tuquis fans spend on them (tips, shows, tickets and fan clubs), credited the moment it is paid.
Earnings are counted in two periods a month (the 1st–15th and the 16th to the month's end, UTC). After each period the available balance is paid out automatically, if it is at least US$50 and the account is verified with payout details saved. Each payout is reviewed before it is sent.
A performer working with a studio is paid by that studio. Performers are independent and responsible for their own taxes.
8. Affiliates
Members who share their affiliate link earn commissions as described on the Affiliate Program page. Fake sign-ups, self-referrals and spam end the account and its commissions.
9. Chargebacks and fraud
Tuquis are spent on live entertainment that is used immediately. If you dispute a legitimate payment with your bank or card company, we may close your account and keep the records needed to answer the dispute.
We may hold or reverse payments and earnings connected with fraud, stolen payment details or abuse of the site.
10. Suspension and closing accounts
We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or expose us to legal or payment-network penalties. Serious cases are reported to the authorities.
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. To appeal a decision, write to [email protected].
11. Copyright
Performers own their broadcasts. If you believe something on TuttiChat infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details required by law to [email protected] with the subject "Copyright".
12. Liability and disputes
TuttiChat is provided "as is". Broadcasts are live and we can't guarantee they'll always be available or free of interruptions.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
Disputes are first discussed informally for 30 days, then resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, under Delaware law. You and we waive class actions. Claims must be brought within one year.
We may update these Terms; we'll show the new version here and, for important changes, tell account holders before they apply.
