How can we help?

TuttiChat (tuttichat.com) is our live cam site: performers broadcast, and viewers watch for free, chat and tip in real time.

Everyone on the site is 18 or older.

Fans can start right away. Performers and studios verify their identity before they can go live and earn.

Tuquis (TUQ) are the tokens you use on TuttiChat: tips, private and group shows, ticket shows and fan clubs are all paid in Tuquis.

You buy them on TuttiCoins (tutticoins.com), our payments site, with a card or crypto. The bigger the pack, the less each Tuquis costs.

Connect your TuttiCoins wallet once and tips, shows and tickets are paid instantly, without a checkout page each time.

You can disconnect it at any time from your TuttiCoins account. Payments only go through while your balance covers them.

Bought Tuquis but they didn't arrive, or were charged twice? Contact support with the date, amount and how you paid, and we'll check it with TuttiCoins.

Tuquis spent on a ticket show that never happened are returned automatically. Tips can't usually be undone, so check before you send them.

Live rooms are free to watch. Tips go straight to the performer; many rooms have a goal or a tip menu. Private, group and ticket shows are paid per minute or per ticket and need enough Tuquis.

A performer's fan club gives you access to their fan club rooms. It renews automatically from your Tuquis balance; if your balance is too low on renewal day, we try again for 7 days before it ends.

Cancel any time from My Subscriptions: you keep access until the end of the period you already paid.

Sign up as a performer, then complete verification: a photo ID, a selfie and the tax details your country requires. Our team reviews every application by hand.

Once approved you can go live and get paid.

Open Live Studio in your dashboard, turn on your camera and press Go live: that's all you need, on a computer or a phone.

Prefer OBS or another streaming program? Get your stream key in Live Studio. Already streaming on another site? You can keep doing it and stream to TuttiChat at the same time: see "Broadcast on TuttiChat" at the bottom of the home page.

A studio account manages performers. While a performer is linked to a studio, what viewers pay them goes to the studio, which pays the performer under its own agreement. Performers can leave a studio at any time from their dashboard.

Performers and studios earn a fixed US$0.05 for every Tuquis they receive (tips, shows, tickets, fan clubs), converted to US dollars the moment they receive it.

Add where to send your money (PayPal, bank transfer or crypto) in Earnings. Earnings are counted in two periods a month (the 1st–15th and the 16th to the end of the month); after each one, your balance is paid out automatically if it's at least $50. Smaller balances carry over.

Each payout is checked by our payments team before it's sent. You can turn automatic payouts off in Earnings and cash out yourself. Live earnings are available right away; affiliate commissions after 7 days.

Anyone with an account can be a TuttiChat affiliate: open Affiliate Program in your dashboard and share your link.

Everyone who signs up through it is yours for life. You earn 20% of what the fans you refer spend in live rooms, and 5% of everything the performers and studios you refer earn. We pay it out of our share, never out of theirs.

Commissions are added to your earnings in US dollars and can be cashed out after 7 days (in case a payment is refunded). Verify your identity once, add your payout details and cash out from $50.

Use the Report link in any live room, or contact support with the room's link. Choose what's wrong; reports of someone who may be under 18, or of illegal or non-consensual content, go to the top of our queue.

You don't need an account to report, and the person you report isn't told who reported them.
